WELCOME TO JOURNEY 365
As a two-time Head and Neck Cancer Survivor, I know firsthand the physical and emotional side effects of fighting the disease. During eighteen months, I had two major surgeries, sixty radiation treatments, and several cycles of chemotherapy. There were days when it seemed the journey and pain of treatment would never end. At times, it was overwhelming!
Going through cancer twice has been grueling! However, I learned to deal with the demands of treatment and the challenges of recovery through faith and fitness! I have found no greater peace than leaning on Jesus and, the daily challenges of cancer side effects are a lot easier to cope with after a good workout! I have made it my mission to answer the bell each day and fight one more round!
With my treatment now behind me, my passion is to help others transform their body and influence them to make more mindful decisions when it comes to their health. I would be excited to assist you on your road of recovery and help you to answer the bell and FIGHT ONE MORE ROUND!
April 2019 Diagnosed with Oropharyngeal Cancer.

Each workout is custom designed based on your feedback, built on the proven combination of cardio and strength training for a complete workout. Recommended by respected health organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine, pairing cardio and strength training can be vital in achieving long-term health when performed consistently. Workouts will challenge you while at the same time keeping you safe!
